Negotiating with either criminals or despots is always a bad idea

In what is becoming a trend, another big government establishment Republican has signaled that we can expect Congressional Republican leadership to blow over like a house of cards when it comes to the debt ceiling now standing at 14.3 trillion dollars. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was first to signal the impending fold and now Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) said that Republican Senators would accept a "mini" deal on the debt ceiling. It should come as no surprise when establishment Republicans once again stab the Tea Party Movement in the back. We did not give them power so they continue the culture of corruption by voting to raise the debt ceiling in return for insignificant cuts. These self serving imposters will not address the underlying spending problem because they don't really believe in limited government.
The important question is what do we do about it? We must keep the pressure on by continuing to use phone calls, faxes, letters, and emails, but politicians controlled by lobbying interests are signaling that they will ignore continue to ignore our voice. They have even ignored the ads we have run in their home states. In their arrogance, they believe that real Americans are just too stupid to understand the complexity of the situation. Only through this arrogance can they rationalize the institutionalized corruption that THEY have created.
By using a tactic of fear, they try to scare us into believing that failing to increase the debt ceiling will immediately bring about the end of the world (almost literally). In the Obama playbook, Rules for Radicals, Saul Alinsky exposes that the threat of the tactic (fear mongering) is always scarier than the tactic itself. We are sick and tired of corrupt fear tactics! The American people are strong, resilient, and innovative. In the face of adversity the United States of America, by the will of the people, will rise to the challenge once again!
If this President and Congress will not address the insanity of current government spending, WE WILL!!
Our message is simple: DO NOT RAISE THE DEBT CEILING!
This will be the defining moment in many establishment careers. We will not negotiate with any big government sellouts, whether it’s a Republican like Mitch McConnell or a Democrat like Ben Nelson when they come up for reelection we will defeat them! Let us ame this clear we will defeat ANY Republican who sells out on the debt ceiling in their next Primary election!
