Second Declaration of Independence

Washington DC
Dateline July 4th, 2009

The rash of tea parties and demonstrations across the United States through what some are calling the "summer of rage" culminated in a mass march of some 20 million people in the nation's capital today. Prominent leaders from many parts of the country delivered what has become known as the Second Declaration of Independence to the White house and US Congress on Capital Hill, bearing over 100 million signatures.

Sources in government, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that the documents, weighing over 3 tons, were delivered to the empty buildings, terrified lawmakers having fled the capital yesterday when it became clear that law enforcement and security forces were no longer able to guarantee the safety of government personnel due to the sheer weight of numbers converging on the capital.

As throngs of demonstrators converged on the White House, impromptu live musical performances and streetside food, drink and t-shirt vendors gave the proceedings a carnival quality rarely seen in the grim days of the last 2 years. Within hours, the entire capital was awash with people singing, dancing and celebrating the bloodless political coup that had taken place in the deserted capital buildings.

International reaction to the news has been muted as political leaders worldwide make attempts to block domestic reporting by mainstream media outlets. Civilian internet services in many countries have been completely shut down as panicky authorities make last ditch efforts to prevent protests and demonstrations from 'going viral', threatening their own tenuous holds on power.

State and local lawmakers throughout the country have appeared publicly announcing a new constitutional convention to take place in the fall, when it is expected that the framework for new interstate relations will be laid. Whilst nothing is being confirmed at this time, it is generally understood that any new North American Union will not resemble the now discredited constitutional Republic of 1789, which many consider flawed in its granting of powers to a central governing body, making way for the chronic abuses of the 20th century.

These are indeed historic times.

Adding things up

Adding things up

The more that you try to get things to add up, these days, the harder it is to come up with the sum until you realize that you are not working with the proper information or on the right problem.

To the majority of folks who do try to stay up with things but only get a smattering of the news and mainly from the lame stream media, things seem to be totally chaotic at best.

First off we have a world full of strife, danger and treachery to deal with on a daily basis to keep us tuned in to the ongoing barrage of news along with the juicy tidbits about such things as the Prince’s fascination with Monaca’s knickers and the famous stained blue dress from the oval office to keep folks entertained and coming back for more.

Now try to figure out what Washington is doing in response to the world’s chaos and nothing makes any sense at all. Even after listening to hours of explanations as to what was said, what may have been meant by it and what the significance of it could be, it all still makes no meaningful sense.

Congress goes to work, one day, and before you know it, you have to have a trillion dollar government department with a 5,200 page bill to run it in order to make sure that everyone has access to health care. In the end it boils down to forcing the folks to purchase insurance at a higher premium and 5199 pages of other stuff, not read yet.

Thanks to the sneaky shell game swindle of the century, we will now have an additional bloated government department to ensure that we are protected from our food sources. Weird that the last bloated government “FDA” department failed to provide us protection with their failed government regulations, but somehow this one can? It’s crazy and in the end; we probably will all starve to death due to the government’s involvement.

Although no one in the nation has yet to complain about the cost of access to the internet, the FCC will now protect us from the big corporations that we were told would start limiting our access and upset the level playing field. I just can’t wait to see what kind of hoops that we will all have to jump through now in the name of preventing terrorism or maybe some other ism. Shouldn’t Congress wait until there is a problem before diving in to fix it or is it that the FCC is planning to be our next problem?

In the middle of a conflict we suddenly need to address the concerns of the gays in the military. Well I’m liberal enough to know that gays have the right to enjoy life as well as the next person, but I’m thinking back to my military days and I don’t think this is such a good idea, and why the hell now?

With most of the State and local governments going broke, why in the hell are our president and his conies trying so hard to force union labor on the nation’s police and firefighters? Are they trying to bankrupt the states on purpose?
Considering our ridiculous dependence on foreign oil, why is the president now trying so hard to sneakily place most of our oil and other mineral reserves under government control by making these lands some kind of national park?

Having learned years ago that blowing vast sums of cash does not work out when the economy is in the tank, our leaders are working hard at spending as much money as they can get their greedy hands on and have placed not only the nation in a position that will be tough to recover from, it has placed the world’s economy in a very bad predicament as well.

This is only a very short list of so many bad bills that don’t add up but will guaranty the demise of a free world country but room would take up far too much space.

To further the anxiety, The National Republican Senatorial Committee was charged with the responsibility of getting three different, republican nominated and Tea Party backed, members elected to Congress, Sharon Angel, Christine O’Donnell and Joe Miller but instead it looks suspiciously flawed to the point that you have to wonder if the RNSC threw the Tea Party under the bus in favor of electing the candidate’s opponents. Reports on the ground report NRSC recommendations and strategy severely damaged these candidates’ chances.

Throw in a president that promised to bring Americans together but has indeed divided the nation to nearly the point of another civil war. And throw in a president who promised change and hope but gave us chaos and grief with little hope.

To watch the various institutions operate today is bewildering at best and after the charades are played out by the Federal Reserve, Congress, the White House and the other factions of government, nothing seems to make any sense at all.

To make any kind of sense of what is going on in this country and with Washington; one must dig hard for the truth and wade through many acres of swamp to find hard solid ground. In your quest to find the truth, expect to find many stone walls, road blocks and unexpected turns.

To really discover what does add up, you must hear what is not said, see what is not shown, you must read in between the lines, follow the money and it will all come clear.

To make the task simpler, ask your self this; if I wanted to destroy a nation, out of revenge, and make billions or trillions of dollars doing it, how would I go about it? Do this and things start falling into place and it all adds up to a perfect sum. Greed reigns.

Income Taxes Are Not For Income to the Federal Government

Income Taxes Are Not For Income to the Federal Government

Before we get entangled in the doublespeak of the Internal Revenue Service Code and rulings, we need to consider that the whole Orwellian nightmare is a sham imposed by the police power of the State on a gullible people.

Actually the income tax has a dual purpose, and neither is to pay taxes to the government. Its first purpose is to control and redistribute the volume of money. James A. Garfield, the 20th President of the United States said, “Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce.”

The second reason the income tax system exists is to keep a dossier on all citizens. The 1040 tax return is your personal profile.

So-called income taxes, as defined and used by the Socialist State, lead the people into a swamp of confusion as it is designed to do. Socialism attracts corruption and corruption attracts Socialism.

Income tax systems go hand-in-hand with fiat paper money systems. The money creators cannot create wealth but they can transfer wealth with depreciating (inflating) paper money.

Governments make war on their own citizens by depreciating the currency. As the currency is depreciated (inflated) the people are impoverished. There is no way to protect financial assets with a fiat paper money system except as paper money is converted to gold and silver.

Depreciating paper money is not a store of wealth. Gold and silver are. One can bury paper money and the money creators and tax collectors do not know where it is. Yet the State can steal the purchasing power of paper money by creating more paper money and diluting the buried paper money.

The transfer of wealth from the producers and savers to the government is a simple process of increasing the quantity of money. This fact eliminates the need for income taxes.

Using words spoken by Beardsley Ruml, chairman of the New York Federal Reserve from 1941 to 1946, we can dispel the widely believed myth that income taxes are needed for government income. Income taxes have nothing to do with providing income to the government.

In a famous speech he read before the American Bar Association during the last year of World War II, titled Taxes for Revenue Are Obsolete, Ruml said, “The necessity for a government to tax in order to maintain both its independence and its solvency is true for state and local governments, but it is not true for a national government.”
The speech was originally printed in American Affairs in the January, 1946 issue. The editor of American Affairs wrote: “His (Ruml’s) thesis is that given (1) control of a central banking system and (2) an inconvertible currency, a sovereign national government is finally free of money worries and need no longer levy taxes for the purpose of providing itself with revenue. All taxation, therefore, should be regarded from the point of view of social and economic consequences.”

To read the entire speech, go here. It is very valuable information to reveal the fraud of income taxes as Americans understand it.

This link is no longer available and when trying to go there you get an error 404. Is this coincidence or by design?

Are you aware that the FCC has made a statement to the effect that sites of this nature will be taken down on December 22, 2010? Damn that’s day after tomorrow.

I know that this information about the tax thing is pretty much spot on and has been written about many times and should be available for review somewhere.

Keep your powder dry, the war has begun.

A letter to Congess on the "food safety bill"

I'm upset with the underhanded way in which Congress passed the unnecessary Food Safety bill.

If you voted no for the so called "food safety bill", congratulations and thank you. If you voted for it and or any of the other horrible bills, being forced upon us by a lame duck congress, shame on you.

How on earth can anyone justify passing a bill that is considered dangerous and scorned by the majority of Americans by hiding it in another bill that had its innards removed to deceitfully make room for this so called "Food Safety Act" and a horde of other atrocious and audaciously costly bills that will, at best, break the US bank.

How can anyone, even in Congress, consider this bill a valid law when it was passed by the most fraudulent method ever conceived by man. If this method was used by any citizen for some personal gain, it would have landed him or her squarely in jail for fraud and no judge would have seen it otherwise.

If you supported this bill or its method of passing, how can you look any citizen in the eye knowing that you have started yet another bloated federal program that will inevitably destroy a competitive free market and worse yet reduce the quantity and the quality of our food supply.

There is no good reason for this bill and it can only have been hatched by someone out of pure greed and disrespect for the people.

Is there no level to where Congress will stoop in the pursuit of a dollar?

Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality

Please Congress, don’t do anything more, let’s have no more Lame Duck Congressional caused damage this year. We can not afford it and we can not tolerate it any longer.

Net Neutrality is an issue that is important to everyone who uses a computer online, owns a cell phone or who communicates by any digital means.

I have had a great interest in net neutrality for some time now as I, like many others, rely on the web for a good part of my daily business.

The phone companies and the cable providers are our pipeline to the web and we all are stuck with having to pay these utility companies for their services or we have to go without access to the World Wide Web.

The fight now ongoing in Washington is over who has the authority to levee not only access fees but who has the authority to limit the use or speed of the internet due solely on your ability and willingness to pay additional and exorbitant fees.

This would destroy the internet as we know it where we do experience the last vestige of freedom and where we are all equal on the playing field. It would destroy the freedom of expression and our ability to voice our opinions to others in a broad way and meaningful way. It would be corporatism at its worst.

On the other hand, I fear the FCC as much as I do the mega cable and phone companies and given today’s corrupt Congress, justice dept. and administration, I would have great fear as what they would do to the free internet if given a chance.

What is the lesser of two evils; having to pay more for services, having certain web accesses blocked and taking a back seat to the corporate world that can pay for more and faster bandwidth or having the government’s finger resting on the “kill the internet button” just in case someone uploads something that looks to be not in the best interest of the people (make that government)?

Personally, I would rather wait until we have a more accountable and rational Congress that would take more time and actually read the bill and consider the consequences than that of a totally irresponsible Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Lame Duck, ram it through and worry about the fallout later, Congress.

Most honorable and esteemed member of Congressman

Most honorable and esteemed member of Congressman,

According to the Gallup poll, 83% of the people are unhappy with what Congress is doing today. The rest simply have no clue.

At no time in history has Congress ever had a lame duck session so adamant at working against the wishes of the people.

At no time in American history has forces within been so close to collapsing the economy and fundamentally changing our people driven based republic and land of the free to a misery ridden dictatorship.

Never before in the world have we seen such treacherous, treasonous and criminal methods used to illegally push bills through a Congress in total disregard for the people wishes and their freedoms.

It would seem as though nearly everyone in Congress, the Dept of Justice and the White House has been bought and paid for or part of the grand plan and are going to do what they were bribed to do, nation and people be damned.

If I didn’t own a calendar, I might have thought that I was living in Berlin in the 1930s and just experiencing déjà vu.

The list of damning things that Congress is trying to do now is far too long to list here and I am suggesting to you that it all needs to come to a stop before we lose everything.

Can’t you see that what Congress is doing will destroy not only our freedom; it will destroy our way of life, our economy and toss the worlds economy into chaos?

Can’t you see that if Congress succeeds in passing all of the nefarious bills that there will be no place to hide, no place to go, little or no food to eat?

Can’t you see the riots in the streets, throngs of roving thugs looking for food to steel because they are starving?

Can’t you see the civil war that could result from your inept actions?

Ask yourself this Congressman, where will you hide when the shit hits the fan?

One very concerned, perplexed and outraged citizen.

The Insidious Art of Compromise

The Insidious Art of Compromise

Chip, chip, chip, Congressional compromising has all but destroyed any remaining vestige of our freedom and has left us with only a remembrance of freedom and the remnants of freedoms past. As you read this, Congress is working at warp speed to destroy as much of your remaining freedoms as they can by some of the most blatant and criminal acts ever know to man. For example, if they should fail to get a bill passed on its own merit, they are very happy to offer you a compromise that gets just a little, actually all, of what they originally wanted, and if done right, you nothing of any sustenance.

I was appalled the other night while watching Governor Mike Huckabee interview radio talk show host Mad Cow and try to explain, to him, that congress would never get anything done if they could not compromise. I agree with the radio talk show host that compromising is exactly the thing that has destroyed our freedom in America.

Imagine your neighbor continually suing you in an effort to take away your property and each time that he does, you decide to compromise and give him a couple of feet of your front yard in an effort to get him to go away.

You can soon see the fallacy of this kind of defense as it encourages your neighbor to quickly file a suite again and again, and after several compromises, on your part, you find that your neighbor now owns a part, if not all, of your house and is asking you to please move. To compromise is to lose something, be sure that you can afford it.

At this point, Congress has reduced any and all credibility to our judicial system to the point that it has become a glaring joke that is not, in any stretch of your imagination, funny; indeed it has become as insidious and as criminal as the politics of Berlin in the late 1930s and has parallels so exacting as to scare the hell out of any Berliner.

Yes the Tea party has loudly told them no tax hikes and no more ridiculous freedom robbing legislation. So instead of voting no on the bills that the people don’t want, they hide the bill inside of another bill that have had the contents emptied as a disguise and ram it through without even so much as a reading of the bill, or they do the compromise thing and trade a bunch of bills into passing by hiding and bundling it up with a bunch of other bills that seem less dangerous and less likely to make you puke in trade for something that you want.

The problem goes even further; what they usually get is permanent and what you get is temporary as reference to the so called tax compromise. In fact this deal is so rotten that they hid funding for the horrific healthcare bill that should be thrown out for many reasons including the fact that it is unconstitutional, it also includes the horrific so called “Food Safety Bill” that will destroy our food sources and make the price of eating sky high and includes a number of other bills that they want to slide in without your inspection such as the bill that will transfer most mineral bearing lands into a national park and tie up oil and mining production in America for decades to come.

I think that it is too late to save our country by simply passing a few laws that would force the Congress to address each issue as a separate bill because they have already passed so many freedom killing bills.

I think that it is time for the States to pull together and disband our present federal government and form a new government as outlined in our Constitution by our forefathers, who were smart enough to know that it would become necessary one day.

I also feel that the states need to ensure that the next government follows the constitution to the letter of its law and to punish anyone for treason who should circumnavigate these laws for any reason including personal gains.

I don’t know as to how everyone or, for that matter, anyone else feels about it, but my freedom is not up for compromise.

I will gladly abide by any and all laws that are constitutional.

I will also be compelled by my sense of justice to challenge any law that is not constitutional.

The following is a creed to live by.

As a citizen of the United Stated of America, I hereby agree to abide by any and all State or Federal laws that are Constitutional.

I further agree and affirm that I have the right and obligation as a citizen, to challenge any law that is deemed;

1. Unconstitutional,

2. Made specifically to accommodate special interest,

3. Would be deemed unreasonable or outdated by the common and prudent citizen.

1. Rights are not "granted" to us by the government -- they are ours by our very nature, by our birthright.

2. ALL just political authority is derived from the people -- and government exists solely with our consent!

3. We the people of the several states created the federal government -- not the other way around!

4. The Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that which has been delegated by the people to the federal government in the Constitution -- and nothing more.

5. The People of each State have the sole and exclusive right and power to govern themselves in all areas not delegated to their government.

6. A Government without limits IS A TYRANNY!

7. When Congress enacts laws and regulations that are not made in Pursuance of the powers enumerated in the Constitution, the People are not bound to obey them.

Keep your powder dry.

Understanding Congressional Trickery

If the following dispatch doesn't make you want to get up, grab your guns and storm Capital Hill, you probably have already been reduced to a "Liberal Spouting Progressive Indoctrinated Socialist Zombie" or a "Conservative Spouting Progressive Indoctrinated Socialist Zombie" and you wouldn't have read past the subject title anyway.

Zombies can be helped providing that you can intervene in time and get them proper care to deprogram them. Better yet, never allow them to get indoctrinated in the first place. Educate your children well but keep them out of the public school system.

There is a third group of trouble makers involved in this mess and they are the ones who should really be dealt with in the harshest manner. These are the politicians who know better than to swallow the "Progressive Swill" and simply act out of pure criminal greed with complete and utter disdain for anyone's welfare other than themselves.

The following is an example of just how far our politicians have fallen and just how malignant greed can be. It is also a good example of what can happen when the people put too much trust in politicians who have insulated themselves from your wrath and have legislated themselves above the law.

The following is by Downsize DC

Quotes of the Day:

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." -- attributed to Edmund Burke

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do the wrong thing." -- Michael Cloud

The so-called food safety bill passed. It took corrupt procedural tricks to do it.

We told you last week that the Senate made a mistake when they passed their version of the Food Safety Bill (S.510). Under the Constitution only the House can introduce revenue measures. The Senate trampled on this prerogative, and the House leadership wouldn't stand for it.

Because of this . . .

We thought the so-called food safety bill was dead, and that we had won. Not so. Instead, we lost. Badly.

I'll tell you how this happened, and what we can do about it. You'll need to be motivated, smart, and intuitive to understand what's been done to you, and that there IS a way to defeat these bastards.

So . . .

The "food safety" bill did NOT die as it should have because House leaders used what I'll call a "Dead Shell Bill" to trick their way past their Constitutional and procedural problems. This "Dead Shell Bill," HR 3082, was . . .

* Dead in the sense that it was a numbered bill that was never going to reach a final vote.
* An empty Shell because the Congressional leadership removed its original contents.

In other words, the House leadership took a bill that hadn't reached final passage, but that had already jumped through a bunch of procedural hoops, deleted all its contents, and then poured new, unrelated content into it. In this particular case . . .

The Dead Shell Bill was something called the "Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act." Back in November of 2009 this defense bill was amended by the Senate and then sent back to the House. The Senate even appointed conferees to work out the differences between the House and Senate versions, but the House NEVER responded to the Senate's action. So the bill was just laying around dead, until . . .

House leaders picked it up and emptied it of its contents. They did this because . . .

New bills must go through a committee, while a Dead Shell Bill has the virtue of already having passed out of committee. This set up the next move . . .

The House leadership created a Special Rule to pass the Dead Shell Bill immediately, instead of starting over with a normal, parliamentary review procedure. The Special Rule is H. Res. 1755. House leaders hurriedly passed this Special Rule by a single vote.

Now, with the new Special Rule in hand Congressional leaders . . .

* Took the "food safety" bill that we've been fighting against and combined it with other unrelated, but sure-to-pass issues.
* They then poured all of this new content into the Dead Shell Bill -- the one that had once been a military appropriations bill.
* They also slapped a new title on the Dead Shell Bill, one so broad that it described none of the current contents.

Next came passage under the Special Rule. Here's how that worked . . .

1. HR 3082 would be considered "in order" immediately. That means it wasn't going to be assigned to a committee. It also meant that NO normal procedural measures would occur.
2. Reading was waived, of course.
3. No "points of order" would be permitted.
4. Only 40 minutes was provided for debate.
5. Amendments to the bill were not in order. The debate was strictly on final passage.

This Special Rule procedure moved race-car fast. There was no time for public comment. The Democrats had already heard enough from the likes of you, thank you very much.

* On Thursday afternoon, the Special Rule was introduced and considered read. 50 minutes later, it was passed.
* Then Congress passed the Dead Shell Bill by six votes, just 2 hours and 22 minutes after installing the Special Rule.

All of this is ironic, because outgoing Speaker Nancy Pelosi promised you back in 2006 that if you gave her party the majority they would . . .

* "Drain the swamp"
* Enact ethics reforms.
* Stop the practice of using your tax dollars to buy votes in Congress (earmarks and other forms of tax-funded bribery)
* End the Republican practice of last-second surprises -- bills crammed down our throat in the last hours before every recess -- the most infamous of which was the Medicare Prescription Drug bill.

Nancy Pelosi promised you, in a campaign document titled, "A New Direction for America," that . . .

* Procedural rules would be made available no later than 10 PM the night before a vote (page 24), not 50 minutes before.
* You would get at least 24 hours notice of a scheduled vote upon the final written version of a bill (page 24)

As you can see, this week -- the last month of Pelosi's Speakership -- those "Page 24" pledges were thrown out the window.

So here's what we need to do to change things. Please contemplate the fact that . . .

* The Read the Bills Act would've stopped the Special Rule process
* The One Subject at a Time would've blocked the use of the Dead Shell Bill scheme
* A bigger army would've been a huge impediment to this whole corrupt process

What happened is infuriating. Many people on "our side" will be content to whine and complain about it. That's all they'll do. Others will blame it only on the Democrats while ignoring the fact that the Democratic leadership was using old Republican plays to do what they did. Still others will say that it's all hopeless, that we always lose so what's the point?

All of this is baloney. has proposed a realistic strategy to stop ALL of the things Congress just did.

The Read the Bills Act would've required . . .

* Publication of the entire bill online for 7 days so you could read it
* A public scheduling of the vote on the online calendar 7 days in advance so you would have time to comment
* A full, verbatim reading of the bill

This last point is sooo important. Sitting through the out-loud reading of the bloated Dead Shell Bill would have been too time-consuming for this lame-duck Congress. They never would have -- wait for it -- sat still for it! Instead, they would have passed the buck to the next Congress, which might well have ended the matter, permanently, because the new Congress will have its own agenda.

But it gets better. Our One Subject at a Time Act would also have constrained the Congress from . . .

* Expanding the FDA with new regulatory powers, with 4,000 additional agents to swarm our farms and gardens
* Inserting broad, new FDA powers into something called the "Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010"
* Changing the name of that Dead Shell Bill to something as non-descriptive as the "Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011."

Finally, in conjunction with RTBA and OSTA, having a vast army of opposition, including your Downsize DC Army, would've cowed the Congress, as we have on so many other occasions. After all, the Special Rule that facilitated this craven process, passed by just one vote!

And so I conclude . . .

All that is necessary for the triumph of legislative evil is for good men to . . .

* do nothing
* do the wrong thing
* give nothing to, which is doing the right things consistently.

We informed you last week that there was remaining legal review, updates, and presentation details for our Downsize DC Agenda bills. THIS WORK MUST BE DONE BEFORE THESE BILLS ARE INTRODUCED IN CONGRESS BY OUR NEW CONGRESSIONAL ALLIES. The response to our appeal was decent, and we're grateful. But frankly, more is needed.

I confess that I don't understand why EVERYONE who claims they want smaller government isn't working for the passage of our other Downsize DC Agenda bills. We must complete the legal work on these bills. To complete our legal expenses, we could really use a $1,500 donor, right now.

And to pay for our ongoing budgeted expenses we also need scores of donors who can give $500 or $50, $250 or $25, $100 or $10, and everything in between.

Most important of all, we have to think about a stronger and growing response to the coming 112th Congress. We need the bigger Downsize DC Army. Even if you're hopeful and optimistic about the incoming Republicans (I'm still skeptical), we must maintain our vigilance and increase our pressure. That's why monthly pledges are so crucial.

Please consider starting a monthly pledge of $3, $5, or $8. Our average pledge exceeds $15. Many pledgers give $25 or $35 per month. And one even gives $250 each month. Please consider investing in this way.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

To all who fought the Food Safety bill every step of the way, "Thank You!" We've lost one battle, and only for now. The fight continues. We can use this anger to fuel us, or defeat us. Which will it be for you?

The Progressive and Decadent Side of the GOP

The Progressive and Decadent Side of the GOP

Most of us, I’m sure, had hoped that the last election would have sent a clear message to the members of Congress that America is not happy with business as usual and most of us, I’m sure, are extremely disappointed that many of the GOP members did not, or rather cared not to, receive the message.

The majority of Congress once again ignored the clear and loud demands that the Tea Party folks have insisted upon and you can better believe that there will be hell to pay in the next election. That is providing that the gangsters in power do not find a way to usurp the voting booths as promised already by Obama. If that happens, you may as well stoke up the smoke poll and go hunting.

For most people, it is unthinkable that the GOP would have made such a “behind closed door” deal with the, so called, tax compromise. What compromise? It would have cunningly and deceptively given Obama practically everything that we have been trying to stop Congress and Obama from doing to us, in exchange for another short extension of the Bush tax relief. No one on this planet would have considered that a good trade unless you are one of the dyed in the wool Marxist, Progressivism extremist.

One more shenanigan like that one and the Tea Party folks might not be able to constrain themselves until next election time. You can bet on one thing however, this latest antic by the “Progressive side of the GOP” has shown them up for what, many of them, really are and brought them out into the open where we can see their decadent stripes and this unscrupulous deed will greatly swell the ranks of the Tea Party and instill them with renewed vigor.

You have to ask yourself; how can men, or women, fall to such depravity.

The only bills currently put forth in Congress worth considering or considered non harmful to mankind are the ones put forth by the Tea Party folks and are the ones least likely to see the light of day.

The most dangerous animal on the North American Continent is not the feared Grizzly bear, it is a lame duck Congressman.

Keep your powder dry.

The revolution has begun

Nothing short of an asteroid falling on capital hill this week will save us from the greed of the criminally active participants of Congress it seems unless we can find a way to overturn every damned dastardly deed performed by the lame duck Congress.

It is nothing short of infuriating that after the American people have clearly shown Congress their utter dissatisfaction with Congress that these lawmakers continue to completely and blatantly ignore the wishes of the people and continue with their tyrannical and nefarious ways.

This gathering of maladjusted malevolent minded gangsters is the worst examples of corruption ever witnessed since the coronation of the insane African Idi Amin Dada but yet they are far more dangerous.

We know the lame ducks are out of reach as far as the voters are concerned and that they will continue to try and repay their supporters but how can the non lame duck members justify their actions and expect to be reelected again?

It really makes you wonder how in the world these lawmakers can expect to not receive the wrath of the people for their actions, but then perhaps they know something that we don’t know. Perhaps they believe that if they get enough of their myriad of mind boggling and lunatic bills passed, they will become immune to the wrath and anger of the scorned citizen. Considering at how much freedom these bills will take from us, that may be a factor worth considering.

We have sent a barrage of E mails, letters and phone calls to these lawmakers and it has slowed them down, but we can only wonder at what powers that Pelosi and Reid have over them that they just keep on going forward as if in some kind of trance. Is it Voodoo?

If the news media were to witness the activity, of the past couple of years, anywhere else in the world except the US, they would have long last labeled it as a coup attempt or at least an attempt to destroy a country and bring it to its knees.

The revolution has already begun and the far left (Van Jones) is now clamoring for a violent end of the republic. Let them fire the first volley lest we be blamed for insurrection and terrorism.

Keep your powder dry.

Tipping Point

Tipping Point.

Seems as though every day brings out more craziness both in America and around the world and I don’t know which is funnier or sadder, the complete chaos in Congress or the riots in London. Both are equally appalling and apparently caused by the same lack of respect for reasoning, greed and downright childishness.

As I write this, the Congressmen who were thrown out of power, because they were not doing the bidding of the American people, are working overtime, as belligerent and irresponsible lame ducks, to do as much damage to the country as they possibly can. It’s like the bad half of a school class throwing a tantrum and tearing up the school because they didn’t get what they wanted, except these bad boys and girls, just like the spoiled brats that they are, are destroying our country and our freedoms right in front of our eyes and they know that we can’t do one damn thing about it.

At some point in time, you simply have to stop and ask yourself, what in the hell will it take before folks see how things are starting to fall apart simply because some of us are foolishly willing to trade their freedom for the chance that some slick talking future wanabe dictator will be a kind and gentle dictator and spread peace and harmony around the world. Yep that happens all the time.

Why can’t these poor folks figure out that even if they do succeed in getting their dictator who promises them equal pay, cheep rent and free candy, that it will immediately fail because as soon as the new dictator does come to power, the rich soon will no longer be rich anymore and the dictator will have no where to find the taxes necessary to dole out to the poor except from the poor who put him in power. Hey that will work out well, the poor giving to the poor.

Many folks still believe that the USA is too big to fail and that this sort of thing will never happen here. Everyone needs to stop, and stop now, and think just what it would take, think about what event would have to happen before you reach your tipping point.

I have already witnessed mine. What’s your tipping point?

How do you report a crime in progress?

How do you report a crime in progress?

Dial 911 or call the media and try to find someone who gives a shit?

I can think of no better reason for the American people to ensure that their firearms are in good working order than the numerous and various crimes being committed by the politicians of the day.

Corruption has worked its way so thoroughly throughout Congress, The Department of Justice and the White House as to leave no path for reporting an instance of high crimes or treason. Corruption has also threaded its way throughout most, if not all, of the states as well and has led to the same sad state of affairs.

When the incumbents can operate under complete unrestraint and have no reason to fear the law, or the people, then we will be left only with tyranny as the rule of the day.

The vote is the only civilized way that the people can keep control of their freedoms and once it is gone, there is no civilized way for the people to have a say in how they want to live.

Today our freedom to vote has been usurped in some states and the White House is working hard to enact a change in the overall voting process by installing the, communist dominated, SEIU as the key organization charged with controlling the nations voting processes. In fact the SEIU has already been installed in some states such as Nevada to ensure the re-election of Harry Reid.

I pointed out several times the way that the Washington ballot was put together was a recipe for disaster and voter fraud. Surely anyone can see the fault with the Washington ballot as any one, including yourself, handling your ballot can change it after you cast your vote.

There is evidence that this has already happened in the State of Washington and perhaps in several other states as well.

Those incumbents that are setting us up for the fall should try to visualize what it can be like when the American people no longer have a civilized way to voice their opinions and use their votes to try to enact a civil outcome.

Americans declared war on tyranny once and fought England to a standstill. Americans have tasted freedom and they will not settle for anything less without a good fight.

Yes we have lost much of our freedom and it has angered most Americans. The only Americans who do not support freedom are the ones who are so young as to not have experienced it and have been led, by the public institutions, to believe it evil.

Disdain for the American People

Dear Congressman,

I want you to stop what you are doing and think about the damage that your actions have done and will do to the country and the economy if you continue to support the Reid, Pelosi and lame duck sham now taking place in Congress.

I also would ask you to reply to me just how you perceive your actions in Congress is helping to preserve our freedoms and bolstering our economic environment and just how you can vote for something that is obviously unconstitutional?

For those of you who have shown your disdain for the American people and accepted “bribe” money in exchange for your vote on various nefarious bills such as the so called food safety bill, I can say only one thing. You have won the “Incredulous Greed and Dubious Politico Award” and the tea party will not only watch you closely, from now on, we will see to it that the nation stays informed of all of the politicians who voted against the will of the people.

Our nation is struggling economically and also trying to keep its freedom by fending off these despicable bills before Congress. Personally I would not want to be on any such list, that was contrary to keeping our freedom or hampered our economic efforts, once and when these deeds have destroyed our nation.

Fact 1: According to Glen Beck, Monsanto foods contributed $120,000.00 to the Washington state members of Congress, namely Jay Insley, Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell, to sway (bribe if you will) them to vote for the so called Food Safety Act. How much Monsanto has given other members of Congress is a good question.

Fact 2: George Soros has been buying large amounts of stock from Monsanto to the tune that it is George’s second largest investment in his portfolio.

Fact 3: This bill will only accomplish three things, cut the level of production for food produced in America, raise the price of food above the means of the average American and give Monsanto a monopoly on our food supply.

Fact 4: This was tried years ago for the very same reasons as proposed today and it is called the FDA and the USDA and I’ve been around long enough to know that food was much better and safer before we got these two monolithic departments. I also know that is put many small businesses out of business because of the difficulties in dealing with government red tape.

What’s in it for Monsanto? Well I have seen many such shenanigans pulled over the years by corporations and it always come out the same. The large corporations help put the bills together to ensure that it is something that they can comply and live with but would make it very difficult for the smaller firms to comply. The next step is to fire up the tree huggers types and get them to carry the fight to the people, even if you have to fund them in some underhanded way. Can you spell Monopoly?

Here is an excerpt from the Glen Beck news letter: “Not realizing the mic was hot, a Democrat Senator voiced frustration with the way the Food Safety Bill vote went down. He referred to the whole system as being rigged, that no one even get a chance to talk about it before the vote was jammed in. You already knew the system was rigged - this is merely confirmation.”

Last questions;
Are you going to vote for all of the nefarious bills before congress?
Are you going to support all of George Soros’s shenanigans?
Do you no longer believe in your country and the freedom that it represents?
