Lyle, I came across a couple of items you may already know about, but I thought I would still alert you.
Apparently both the House and the Senate have hidden in their respective Health Care Bills, or have secondary bills S.B. 1110 and H.R. 2718, that will amend Social Security Act and Medicare guidelines, transferring power from the Legislative branch over to the Executive branch which gives the WH the power to change regulations and set physician fee schedules to change Health Care system to a single-payer, socialized system.
