God, religion, the people and government.
God, religion, the people and government.
To build a free society purely on the premise that God gives
us our freedom may ultimately become the very vehicle that will destroy our much
cherished freedom.
Those, like our forefathers, that know that to allow
government to determine our merits of freedom for us, is simply great folly and
will always result in government taking it away as freely as it give it. Our
forefathers were right in asserting that the people had a right to freedom, god
given or not, and also insisting that government keep their hands off of this
affirmation.
On the other hand, as more and more citizens turn away from
antiquated religion, there is a tendency for them to believe that only government
can give them freedom simply on the basis that god doesn’t exist, and after
all, someone has to be in charge.
There are only two things that have kept the government from
taking away our rights, our freedom and our guns up to this point and the first
was that the majority of citizens including our leaders was religious and
believed strongly in freedom. The second is the government’s fear of the wrath
of the people should they should ever try to do such a dastardly thing to an
armed society that loves their freedom dearly.
So the solution to taking away a nations freedom boils down
to first convincing the people that god doesn’t exist, whether or not he does
or doesn’t.
Second; you must take the peoples wealth from them, by
taxation and excessive regulations, and then convince the people that freedom
is what is keeping them poor because the rich are free to steal from them what
should have been rightfully theirs.
Third; and this is the real clincher, you must convince the
people that guns are bad for a society and that all guns should be confiscated
and only allow the police and military have them for our own protection,
naturally.
