As The Worm Squirms
The Supreme Court better resembles a court room full of squirming worms than it does a court full of Supreme Court Justices reviewing a law for its constitutionality. .
If you own a flag, please fly it at half mast today. It is a very sad day in America.
Imagine that a law that can and will surely destroy a nation and is regarded by the vast majority of the people as nothing more than a power grab by a wanabe dictator, being held constitutional by the court simply because they found a way to ignore its voluminous and unconstitutional content by declaring the tiny portion of it, that they were asked to look at, a tax. Only a worm could have done a better job of squirming out from under that kind of responsibility.
Giving that the Supreme Court was under a lot of pressure and may have even been threatened, it is of little surprise that they did hand off the ball to Congress but few of us would have any faith that that bunch of cowards and criminals will do any different.
So it comes down to this; if Romney is elected and Obama is kicked screaming out of the White House, will he follow up with his campaign statement during the debates that he would repeal Obamacare on his first day of office, or will he be reluctant, or even powerless, to buck the courts and let the worst piece of legislation to ever slither its way through the halls of Congress to stand.
Some folks are betting on Romney to do the right thing and repeal it, I personally don’t have near that much faith in the man and simply view him as yet another politician.
So here it is in a nutshell, we missed our best shot to rid ourselves of the this freedom destroying and nation crushing monster and let a handful of pompous judges squirm out of their responsibility and now we have only two more remaining but real iffy chances of saving our bacon, but will they?
Giving the political climate in Washington DC, I give the country about the same chance as a snowball in hell, unless the people themselves finally reach the end of their rope, grow a spine and decide to finally take their country back from the mobsters in Washington.
Keep your powder dry and try to stay off the skyline and under the radar.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't,
written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it,
passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it,
to be signed by a president who also smokes,
with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes,
to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese,
and financed by a country that's broke.
What could possibly go wrong?
